Peloton covers all aspects of fitness of the body and mind in a fun motivating and communal way. Peloton yoga leverages the key existing features of the cycling and treadmill workouts including a leaderboard that allows instructors to directly address live class participants in their homes. I skipped out on some of the bootcamp strength workouts they just felt blah to me and wasn t crazy about dance cardio. I wrote this peloton review a couple of years ago.
They started with the bike then the treadmill and has now introduced an app that you can use to workout anywhere. Peloton offers hundreds of classes including indoor cycling and treadmill instruction of course as well as yoga strength training cardio outdoor running and boot camp classes. With all of the peloton classes i ve taken 234 and climbing there are only a handful of ones that i didn t love. They simply wanted to bring an easier way to cycle at home to save time and that they did.
Peloton is a fairly new company started in 2012 and they are taking the fitness industry by storm. The app has great classes for beginners but if you re a regular yoga practitioner you ll still be challenged taking the 45. You guys know i love the peloton bike. From meditation and yoga to a walk run on the gym tread and cycling on my spin bike this app has everything i need to get a complete workout.
